EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY


We provide all our customers with a 7 Day right to return policy, in order to facilitate this to the highest professional standards the original packaging needs to be returned with the product as well as be in the same Original/New condition as received. Our 7 Day return policy is thus the maximum duration of return and should the 7 days have lapsed the product or item is thus not returnable.
The aforementioned 7 days begins on the date of purchase and no exception shall be made in this regard.
Our return policy allows for efficient time to have received and opened the product and thus be assured that the product received is not damage, the correct item, and specifications as required per customer.
Our Policy strives to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction and business integrity. The provision of goods and services by the seller, “SHAFI OUD” is subject to availability and price.  In cases of unavailability SHAFI OUD will refund the client in full upon arrival of the goods and services at their premisses with the exception of the courier chargers involved.
No administration or packaging and handling fee shall be incurred or due on the client, the same regard is given for Cancellation of orders by the client where the client is liable to a full refund.
 In Cases whereby courier cost are incurred these cost shall be borne by the client, unless the fault lies on the seller of which these shall be covered by the seller.

Condition of Products for Return or Exchange

The provision for a 7 day return policy is formulated in good faith and as such this comes with a limited liability.
The product should thus be returned within this stipulated time frame without exception.
It be reiterated that the time frame is without exception 7-days from the date of purchase.
thus acknowledging the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
A return or exchange is strictly subjected to the condition of the product and in the complete discretion of reasonability of the seller, thus the condition of the product should be in the same condition as received without wear and tear, and furthermore be returned with its original packaging such that the item may be returned to the supplier  for defects or be resolved by the seller in good faith to the next client.
 A return or exchange may be refused if the condition in which the product is returned is not with its original packaging or has been used or it is clear to the seller that it has been returned in bad faith.
The complete and full discretion will lie on the reseller where the client will be provided with sufficient evidence and reason should a return or exchange be refused.
 This 7-day return and exchange policy is not a warranty or guarantee of any product and as such is REQUIRED to be returned in its original condition as supplied.
 For Warranty or Guarantee related issues it may be taken up with manufacture directly or brought to our attention of which we will gladly facilitate the process and act as a mediator and messenger between the two parties where necessary.

Process and illegibility for Exchange or Refund

An item or product may be retuned or exchanged in-store or online.
If an item is exchanged in-store the receipt should be accompanied by the person returning or exchanging the item and in adherence with the aforementioned terms and conditions. If an item is to be returned or exchanged online - Kindly contact us via WhatsApp ( +27 61 961 7063 ) or Email ( Shafioudfragrance@gmail.com ) with pictures of the item and the reason of requesting a refund . The general process of Return or Exchange shall be after communication a cost of courier bill will be sent to the client for payment should SHAFI OUD couriers be selected, after arrival of your products at our premises and inspection an exchange will be dispatched where applicable or a refund will be processed. Where your own couriers is selected the exchange and refund process will also only be proceed after arrival of the products at our premises and inspection of the products. Should the products be defective or damaged from our side the cost of couriers shall be borne by the seller.

Exchanges (where applicable)

Defective and damaged products will be replaced if the fault lies on our side and was dispatched to you in that condition.
The original packaging is required for return coupled with its condition being in the original form as dispatched.
After arrival of products at our premises and inspection the required or requested item shall be dispatched subject to availability and price. If the item to be exchanged cost more the client shall be required to pay the difference before the item is dispatched out. Where the item is cheaper the seller shall refund the client or add the difference to the clients loyalty points as per client choice. 

Refunds (where applicable)

Where an item is retuned for a refund and upon arrival of the item at our premises the item will be inspected and will have to be in its original packing and in the condition as dispatched, the client will be notified of discretion made on inspection. If a refund is due to the client a payment will immediately be made to the respective method of payment from which it was made or where an item is purchased in-store with card then a refund will be pressed over the card on which the purchase had occurred. The cost involved or encountered in terms of courier charges shall not be refundable to client unless or where the fault lies on the seller. A customer shall receive a full refund subject to courier Fees and no packaging and handling or administration fees shall be added unless or where bank charges are incurred on the seller. Refunds are processed immediately after a decision is made, but may take up to 7 days to reflect based on bank and payment method. Allow for a 7-day window and if after this period there is still no payment, kindly contact your bank in regards to their processing time. If after this time has lapsed, and you have contacted your bank to enquire you may contact us to follow up or your behalf.

Exchange or Returns on Special Orders Requests

Items and products which are ordered from the seller as a special request shall not be liable for an exchange or return should the correct item be supplied to the client based on information given by the client to the seller. Special ordered items is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct  specification as required. Should there be any differences it shall be out of good faith that the seller may assist and contact the supplier for further details or assistance, however the seller shall be absorbed of the decision of the supplier. The seller shall not be liable to refund or exchange the product for you or its courier charges incurred. 

Shipping Cost and Courier Charges

As stipulated above courier fees incurred shall be liable on the buyer. In the case of a refund the full amount excluding the courier fees will be refunded to you. If SHAFI OUD couriers are to be used for returning an item the return courier fee will have to be paid by the buyer prior to our couriers being despatched to collect the item, the same applies for exchanges. The exception of this rule shall occur if the fault lies on the seller and the incorrect item or defective item was supplied by the seller. Courier fees are stipulated on every invoice where applicable. Exchanges incur a two way couriers (hence double in price) compared to a return. In the case of a refund courier fees will still need to be paid as the item still needs to be inspected for a refund, and when a refund becomes due shall be paid in FULL except the courier charges.

Shipping Address :
For all related exchanges and refunds - a shipping address will be provided to the client on requestÂ
